What screens does it work on?+
Any screen with a browser: smart TVs (Samsung, LG), Fire TV Stick, Chromecast, Apple TV, Roku — or any monitor with an HDMI stick. If it can open a URL, it works.
What if I lose internet?+
UpSignage caches your last schedule and continues showing it with a static countdown. A reconnect indicator appears in the corner so staff can act.
Can I use my own branded content?+
Yes. Upload images, set brand colors, add your logo. Pro and Studio Network plans include the full slide editor.
Do I need MindBody to use UpSignage?+
No. The Starter plan works standalone with manual schedule entry or uploaded images. MindBody live sync is a Pro feature.
How does the ad revenue share work?+
We run geo-targeted local ads in your slide rotation. You receive a monthly credit based on verified impressions. Most studios offset 30–80% of their subscription cost. Surplus accumulates as account credit.
